So I need help setting up my Permissions using PermissionsEX for a bungeecord server, I have already done the MySQL part of it, I did it on my lobby server not my bungee, does it matter? Well anyway how do I connect them up because.... I don't know where the Permissions went, I set them up in the permissions.yml Plugins/permissionsex/permissions.yml/ they don't work anymore. Well yeah, I'm a noob at this.
