So I'd like to know If I should Use Photoshop cs6 or C4D Or Like if there are any other programs for just making stuff like thumbnails, banners and Profile Picture that aren't too complicated

It isn't Photoshop or C4D
They serve different purposes, they are not a substitute for one another
I would reccomend both of them to do what you want but if you want to stay legal
You could always use Nova Skin's posing thing which is pretty good and GIMP
But Photoshop and Cinema 4D are probably your best bet for this

Cinema4d is a 3d modelling and animating program. You can edit those renders on photoshop.

They don't deserve money for spending years developing the most advanced image editing software available on the market many features of which Gimp has nothing close to. Yeah, lol good one

Photoshop is much better, cleaner, and has a lot more options for complicated work. It isn't worth what you pay, I agree, but don't say its equal.

Mine-imator, sounds dumb but look at the possibilities of mine-imator mine-imator is free, easy to use, and suits your needs. If you dont believe me then look at the only blog I have which I used mine-imator to create gfx :p make sure you have version 1.0.0 tho

Paint.NET is free and it's really good, I still use it over Photoshop if I'm making sprites/2D graphic, and it takes mere seconds to make banners and the like in Paint.NET.

Photoshop isn't a substitute for C4d, and vice versa.
Alternatives for Photoshop are GIMP and Paint.net.

Paint.NET is pretty good and free.
