Players Cant place tnt or lava

Players on my server can't place tnt or lava the ip is piggymc.us.to:25805 i think it maybe factions or mcmmo i tried the essentials protect thing and it doesn't work.

Remove Essentials AntiBuild
Go into Worldguard config and allow lava and water flow.
/stoplag -c

Probably permissions or WorldGuard based. Make sure they're not on the WorldGuard blacklist, and if you could please post a list of all your plugins, that'd help you fix this faster.
