Let's just say your server is called, "EliteNinja" (without quotation)
First you want 1 SRV link _minecraft._tcp.EliteNinja This link should lead to your domain EliteNinja.net

When you have done this edit the "A records" here you have to add "play" with as target your server IP. if you did this correctly.

You should be able to connect to play.EliteNinja.net

You can use the ipchange plugin dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/ipchange/ you just go into the config and enter the domain.
