PLUGIN HELP NEEDED [BUYCRAFT]

So i set up everything correctly. I can do everything in the console. It says

But when i type /buy in game it says Please choose your shop.. And type /buy <#> but nothing to choose from under that after i made all the ranks on buycraft.net... :/ Please help
