I need help with a bit Redstone.

Rules for this Build:
• It's a Clock
• The Repeaters going in and out of the Dropper/Hopper have to stay in place
• The Black wool can be as long as you want, better to be very long
• The Red wool to the right has to be connected to the wool to the left
• The signal has to be stopped when the button to the left is pushed, but it has to unlock the repeater again so the next signal can pass again
• Timing the signal to stop it is impossible when the lenght of the Black wool can be any size
• The signal can be split before it reaches it's end
• It's not meant to be something unspeakable!
• These Dots <-- are done with Alt+7
