[WIP] NodeApps - App Store for Indie Developers

Hello Everyone, My team(Node software) is designing an app store with in thought of Designers/Developers and others.
The Goal of this is to be an easy access gateway for Self-publishing for Games/DLC(Downloadable Content)/Texture Packs and others, for example, say you wanted to publish your game on steam, but need a huge audience, Publisher, Contracts, Signing and everything, Since its considered "Indie" they may reject you, but NodeApps is a Store like way of Publishing without the hassle.
we have uploaded a screenshot of a first glimpse, but a pending programmed version(Extremely subject to change)
We have set a Due date for 5/15/2013

Q: Will there be filters to stop stolen content?
A: Yes, we will do everything possible.
Q:Will Licences be Allowed
a: Yes, we will have the ability for Creative commons and others, even All rights reserved, although you will be held responsible.
Q: Will their be a Balance/Credit/Revenue/Profit system?
A: Yes, but this is something set aside for the middle, it will be free to Publish your Game/Application, but on purchases, Developers receive 97% per purchase. as for server hosting, we will need some slight money income.
Q: Will i be able to edit my published applications and update?
A: Yes, we got you covered.
Q: Will refunds be Allowed?
A: as of this time, it is unknown, but we hope to, but it will be developers choice.
Q: Will their be a download manager/Libary?
A: Yes, You will be able to manage what you have downloaded.
Q: Will their be a Application Permissions system?
A: Yes, something similar to Google Play.
