I'm looking for a good skinner to make me a cool skin.

I would like my skin to be French (somehow) because it is for a French theme
It would be cool if it was part animal (maybe an animal butler)
I wouldn't mind if it was a French teen skin buy try to be creative
Also I want it to like kinda "mascoty" so make it look funny and cool but still sophisticated.
