You Mean A Topic?

Well, it's quite simple. Here are the steps:

1. Go to the Index Page of the forums. (By clicking the forums tab above in the tabs section)
2. There you will find the many different kinds of forums. Choose one you want to start a thread in by clicking on it. (In this case, I believe you want to start one in the shops section)
3. Right below the "Requests" thread, there should be a new topic button. (Should say NEW TOPIC* and is also next to the search bar on the forum.)
4. Type whatever you want in the message box, the large white one, and type whatever you want on the smaller white box above. The smaller one is labeled: Subject: ,which is in other words your title of your thread.
