I need help with this error!! PLEASE!!

So, I deleted Minecraft.exe just so I could have a little more room and then redownload it tomorrow which is today, I went to go redownload it, I went to launcher.mojang.com, which is normally how you download MC. and I get an error saying "Secure Connection Failed", HELP? Is there any fix to this?!

1. If you have so little space, your computer is probably slowing down.

2. Did you empty the recycle bin?

3. Go here and download Minecraft.
