You pretty much only make the portal and about pages. Nothing more. For $30 I expect you to do the whole package, I'm a web developer/designer *too* if that's the word you can even say. I've been doing this for 2 years, those websites are not yours, except for the portal and about pages.

Yeah. I don't take credit for the XenForo designing. I simply install, manage, and customize the style for my clients. XenForo should have their own credit. Which is why I do not take it off. Same for the developers who made the style that I just simply modified. Most of these things are for the sake of time since most of my clients come to me wanting sites finished within a few days.
And like I've already said, those are extra things if you need them.

Unless you just want me to go straight to developing on your already paid for host.
After all that, the prices are as follows:
Website:
- Website itself: $20
- Extra things - $5 each (this includes things like a forum, a custom store theme, etc.)
Plugins for server:
- Very Small Plugins - $5 each (plugin that are simple; like a plugin with a couple custom commands)
- Small Plugins - $10 each (a small plugin that may do something custom; as long as I think I can develop it; not a strong plugin developer yet)

You should create your own online portfolio where users can not only view your work, but find out more about you and contact you in some way. I've only recently finished my own portfolio : 3 http://www.danielhebbard.co.uk

$30 is more than a professional website creator that you can do yourself
Not really. Plus you can't use those website creator tools to make fully custom websites. There's a lot of gimmicks in that. I can create a fully custom website for whatever your needs are.
Also, $30 is the top price that I am putting on my work. That's only if there are a lot of things I have to make for the website (forum system, store system, etc.). Most websites I will price at $20 and a few at $25-$30. Most will be $20. Which is a very very very good price. Many professional web designers cost over $100-$200.
And any "free" creation tool, you have to pay for a certain subscription or for cool features. Not like that with me man.
