Can someone help me?

Hi there, I created some textures of items and armor and I want to add them as new items. I mean that, I want to create a mod. I got 0 programming experience tho, so...I need your help guys. Can anybody here tell me how to turn those textures into new/extra items? And how to change their Damage/durability. I got plenty of time in my hands so I don't mind even if it takes a lot of hours.

Just a warning, these sorts of mods are not allowed to be posted on PMC. So if you want to create mod content to post on PMC, it's gonna have to be from scratch. However, if you just want it for personal use, then this program is perfectly fine.
