hullioI beleive that capes should be able to be made and worn by all that come and play in the great adventures of Mysterious mine craft. I here by declare a petition for the Bringing up of capes as additions to skins that you can design and create a cape wear it and show it off your creation. we deserve capes just as much as the man who one 1 millionth buyer we should have to be a lucky winner or go to mine con for a cape in mine craft we should be aloud to the right of capes just like the privileged few who have them.
