TMI, Modloader turned OFF?

-Hello PMC!
-I recently got the invasion mod, along with TMI, but it wont let me use any Modloader associated mod's, at the bottom of my TMI menu, it say's
Modloader:OFF
-Any help on how to turn ON Modloader??

I thought i had, i'll re-intall it just to be sure, but thanks for the help.
