Quick Question on Latest Skin Contest
I wanted to enter the latest PMC skin contest, because y'know, circus, but I had a question that needs to be answered before I can start.
There's an anime, Deadman Wonderland (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deadman_Wonderland), that I really like. Go to that link if you have absolutely no clue what it is. Anyway, what I need to know is if I could make a skin based off the anime and enter it into the contest. Not like a character from the anime, my idea was more a costumed character in the prison uniform.
Basically, I need to know two things.
1. If I'm even allowed to enter a skin based off something such as an anime
2. If Deadman Wonderland skins are 'circus' enough (I really don't know how to phrase that, sorry)

Okay, thank you, both of you

You can enter the character if he/she is a circus performer/part of a circus then it's fine. As Pikamoar said if you can directly link it to the theme it is fine.
Have fun entering the contest and try your best!

If you can directly link it to the theme, than you can enter it, regardless of what it comes from
If you make it to the finals, then you might get lower scores for taking an idea from a direct source, but whatever
