Recruiting Builders for a HUGE factions server! [REWARD]

Hello, I am skippyrat and I am in the early stages of making a potentially huge factions server. I think that most faction server's that are unsuccessful (around 5-15 active users) are failed because they are the basic, bland and boring first impression. What I am aiming to do on this server is spend a gargantuan amount of time and effort on the first impressions of the server to catch the attention of the user to get them to have a look around before judging.
But of course, I cannot do this alone. At the moment I have 2 staff:
silentcreep - Head Admin
thomtheminer - Admin
This is clearly not enough so I am putting this server out to the community so you can apply to be apart of it.

And of course, why would you help if there wasn't something in it for you. So you can have either of these options as a reward:
Of course none of these perks are final, I may add or take away perks as I seem fit. But, to save confusion and frustration. Once the decisions are made, they are final.
P.S The server will not be dedicated until enough donations are made for us to host. However the server will be up about 12+ hours a day for you.

Experience: I can't even remember when the last time I played minecraft was.
What would you rank yourself in building (1-10): 8. I give myself an 8 because my imagination is a 10, but my patience sometimes is a -1. And also, my instinct to grief is a -1.
Why should we pick you?: You need me to keep things fresh. How can you have so many builders without people to tear town the old and make room for the new?

Experience: A trial mod on a server that is now dead and an admin on a close friend's server.
What would you rank yourself in building (1-10): Pretty Bad I would say, but I will try to help you and other staff if they need me to build for them. I would give myself a 4/10.
Why should we pick you?: I try my best to create a fun minecraft community for others and try my best to help other members of staff whenever they need it. I can be on daily to make sure the server is doing well and there are no one that are using hacks or breaking the rules. Although I would say I do not have much experience being staff on servers, I like helping others.
