Resource Pack Crashes

So... I've just downloaded the resource pack Sphax, which I had downloaded before (From the same website) and worked fine... well laggy, but fine. After I put it on, my MC almost crashed, so I force quit. I decided to delete my sphax, but when I went back on MC Sphax was still running, and I cant go past the title page of MOJANG before it goes down. I've tried to re-download Sphax, get the items I threw in trash back, and make sure I've deleted all the Sphax stuff in my downloads, but it still doesn't work. Theres no real crash codes, just says it can't fit the resource packs. Please help, all help is appreciated ^-^

For those PC users out there, the only way to stop your Minecraft from crashing it to uninstall the texture pack you downloaded.
-Click the windows logo on the bottom
-Search and click 'Run'
-Type in %appdata%\.minecraft
-Click Ok
-Find the resourcepack folder
-Delete the texture pack.
-Click the windows logo on the bottom
-Search and click 'Run'
-Type in %appdata%\.minecraft
-Click Ok
-Find the resourcepack folder
-Delete the texture pack.

Aha! Finally got it! Thanks a lot Master1298, I was just looking in the wrong spot. Thanks to all of you for trying to help, and if your having troubles, scroll up to Master1298's comment.

With the rp* not deleting, still running, it happened to me, can't remember what I did, but also, the reason for the crash might be the resolution, your pc/mac might not be able to run on graphics like that.

Oh, also if this matters, I am using a mac not a PC ._.

Ahhhh so much stuff in here >_< where is this you speak of?

in your minecraft folder should be a file called "options"(.txt)
Open it and you should see something like
scroll down until you see
"resourcePacks:["SELECTEDPACK.zip"]
change this to
"resourcePacks:[]"
Now you should be able to play minecraft again.
Open it and you should see something like

invertYMouse:false
mouseSensitivity:0.47887325
fov:0.0
gamma:0.0
saturation:0.0
renderDistance:12
....
mouseSensitivity:0.47887325
fov:0.0
gamma:0.0
saturation:0.0
renderDistance:12
....
scroll down until you see
"resourcePacks:["SELECTEDPACK.zip"]
change this to
"resourcePacks:[]"
Now you should be able to play minecraft again.

K :l I've downloaded every size apart from 16x16, and I'm quite sure my John Smith resource which I mainly use isn't that... But thanks for the help anyway, I'll come back

This takes time to fix. You'll have to resize every Sphax texture pack to 16x16 to make sure it fits. You might of downloaded a higher version of Sphax so it can't fix.
Might take a while to do so. Other than that delete your .minecraft delete Minecraft Launcher and re-install from minecraft.net

Awwww... nope. Is there anyway or reset MC or toggle RPs without opening MC?
