AT&T Router Problems! HELP!!!

So I Have been Following Tutorials on how to port forward an at&t router. everything goes fine until I select My Custom Hosted Application which is Minecraft. Then When I go to set it to a device the hosted application doesnt show up. does anyone know how to fix this PLZ HELP!!

Yes more than likely you need to manually enter in the port and service name as well as the ip of the computer hosting the server. If you need more assistance feel free to add me on skype: dan326425 or pm me on here.
