Hello, I am going around helping servers get started. Examples:
Doing permissions,
Doing there whole server,
Building spawn,
Advertising,
Getting staff for the server,
Setting up websites,
Managing many things in the server.
Each one has a price to pay but a very small cost.

Dude, If you want people to hire you, get your grammar sorted. Many people can do this, and no one will pay for staff.
