My singleplayer is lagging?

Soo i launched my minecraft and started to create a new world but then this happened when i break a block it took me 5 seconds to give me the log and animals are blinking and if i jump still the same. here are my PC SPECS
SPECS:
Nvidia GT 630
AMD Phenom X2 Processor
4GB ram 32 bit
(I'm usually getting to +100 fps)

Uh Maybe Its Your Render Distance That's Why It Usually Lags Or You Can Press F3+A
