There both good, I like the first one better shading wise but deign wise I like the second. I guess I'll chose which to vote for now!
Both skins have problems. None of the skins is hue-shifted. Voldemort's shading technique isn't the best out there, but Fire Wizard looks like it isn't shaded at all. Also, the Voldemort skin uses the new 1.8 skin format, so it has 2 pros. My vote goes for Voldemort.
Well of course both skins have problems! There's no such thing as a perfect skin.
the shading could be a little better.
(think of it not by the individual pieces, but the body as a whole (fade arms into torso, etc.))

The theme was "Wizards" (I thought I've got to clarify that ) And my skin is Voldemort if you didnt get it
