Skin Creator Help!

Can some one make my CaC in the game Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2? Pictures included. I have tried to make this skin and I can't seem to get it right. It shouldn't be too challenging to those who are good at making skins.

Virus? It's a .Zip file of pictures of my character. I bet you're just trolling. You didn't even open the file.
