Hello,
I'm the head manager @ BlurredNetwork, and we are looking for staff at the moment.
Currently, our server is in beta - please note this whenever you judge the server and our configuration and builds, we are nowhere near done and we need staff desperately at the moment.
So if you are interested reply to this post using the application relevant to the role you want to apply for.
Developer Application
Trainee Application:

Do you know Java, HTML, Python, C++ or any other coding/ programming language, and know how to apply that to make / edit plugins?
Are you familiar with basic plugins such as GroupManager, Essentials, Factions, ASkyBlock, CustomCrates and so on (examples of plugins we use) ?
Do you realize that we are at this point in a beta stage and you will most likely not be paid until we have finished the duration of our beta testing and are publically released and letting players play and advertising?
Are you good at configuring plugins?
Would you be able to help with any errors we had with plugins?
Do you realize that you will be working very closely with me personally and we will both be under a great deal of pressure to finish the server in time?
Are you comfortable with working with FTP?
Do you realize that you will need to also spend a great deal of time on the server assisting me test bugs and etc?
How long can you spend helping the server? whether via ftp, minechat or etc?
How long have you been playing Minecraft?
Do you have any past experience? (proof is recommended)

Do you know Java, HTML, Python, C++ or any other coding/ programming language, and know how to apply that to make / edit plugins? : I know all languages listed. I don't believe Python or C++ would incorporate with the server's plugins in any way though.
Are you familiar with basic plugins such as GroupManager, Essentials, Factions, SkyBlock, CustomCrates, etc? : If there is documentation then the answer is yes.
Do you realize that we are at the point of beta that you will most likely not be paid until we have finished the duration of our beta testing. : I do not mind working for free; I'm looking for a growth in comfort with Java and the Bukkit/Spigot API.
Are you good at configuring plugins? : That's a pretty broad question; generally yes.
Would you be able to help with any errors we had with plugins? : Dependent on the errors, I'll just answer yes to the assumption that you're talking about compatibility.
Do you realize that you will be working very closely with me personally and we will both be under a great deal of pressure to finish the server in time? : That's fine, I have a Blue Yeti (Microphone) which will make communication much less painful.
Are you comfortable with working with FTP? : I use it almost daily; yes.
Do you realize that you will need to also spend a great deal of time on the server assisting me test bugs and etc? : I'm hoping we can negotiate a schedule as I am currently in the midst of graduating High School.
How long can you spend helping the server? : My phone is with me constantly which I can access FTP, Minechat, and even SSH if necessary.
How long have you been playing Minecraft? : Since the release of 1.2.5 (around 2012).
Do you have any past experience? : I have no documented proof; I developed plugins for my own server.
