[HELP] Stop Villagars Spawning / Trading

Hey guys, is there anyway I can make it so players can't make zombie villagers into villigars or maybe stop villager trading altogether?

If you can, try to use Worldguard. It has helped me before.

I saw someone else suggest something on another thread recently that might work for you. Make a repeating command block that teleports all villagers in the world below bedrock level so that they all fall into the void. If anyone tried turning a zombie villager into a normal villager, it would remove it immediately after it became normal.
You wouldn't have any villagers left but it would solve the issue of people trying to trade with them.
