Taking Skin Requests

Thats All Folks! to anyone who has requested a skin before this edit I will still finish it but I am No longer taking new requests for this forum
so as the title says I'm taking skin requests.... But wait! There's more it free!
But before you post your request there are some ground rules and Information:
1.Please specify if your request in a organized manor (Lists Help)
2.Skin Request may take a few days to complete
3.If the skins a pre-existing character state their name and a few reference images won't hurt if its a OC
4.Do not show others skins as reference (Unless its your own work)
5. I have all rights to deny a request if these rules aren't met or I feel its out of my range of skill
6. Re-shades/remakes of skins will be upload to skindex and not Planet Minecraft (due to reasons of not wanting to be ban)

So I'm into Homestuck right, if you don't know what it is look it up sometime it's pretty cool anyway, theirs this certain character that no one has made a skin for. He was a fan character that was placed into the comic by the creator after a donation requirement was met on Kickstarter. His name is nektan whelan and he looks like this
