Is this skin allowed on PMC?

I was wondering if I could upload a skin I made with Miners Need Cool Shoes skin editor. I made it over another skin and then when I finished the skin I just colored in the skin under it so it wouldn't be against the rules. Is this allowed on PMC?

As long as you don't use a part-picker or already made items, you'll probably be fine.

If you just colored over the skin, so you can't see the old skin, and it isn't a 'recolour' of the old skin, then yes, it's allowed.

Part picker or recolored the skin = No, it wouldn't be allowed. (Not meaning like, turned the steve skin white then colored over it...I mean like recolor the shirt and pants of steve. Cause turning steve white then making your skin on the white is fine)

If you mean that you re-colored a skin, I don't think that is allowed.

If you made it using the from scratch thing, where you make it 100% yourself. If you used the part picker then no.

Did you create everything on the skin? 100% you, no other parts used but your own? If so, then I think you can post it.
