Complaining about Google putting adverts out is ridiculous. It's been their business model since day one. Even before they bought YouTube!

Heres another thing that Google did: Want to make a video response? Comment it instead so its really hard managing your responses.
Especially since the Google+ comments system, that makes it a nightmare.

give up with your moaning and just put up with it.
as for the ads;
they were there before google+ and if you want to stop them just get adblock
