TopCraft Vanilla Whitelist - Like Mindcrack - 4 Slots Remain

Hello people, I posted a topic before about my vanilla whitelist server a few weeks ago. Since then, I've been getting a lot of people applying for the server. But some of them were inactive on the server or weren't that good when it comes to building. So I decided I am going to open my server up again to 4 more people to join to replace the inactive users.
So since this is going to be like Mindcrack, you can record on this server, it's not necessary but you can still do it This server is from an Australian host, it is preferred that you are from Australia to be on this server. But if you still want to join even though your from another country, I'd be happy to allow it, just don't expect the best connection if your from the USA.
Right now there is only 17 active players on the server, I am allowing 4 more to join.
If you haven't been on the server for over a week and you havent notified me, you will be kicked.
