4. Log into the server and familiarize yourself with people.

You need to apply via the forums so that all current staff of admin rank and above can see your application. This is also in case no one is online to take your application through in-game means,. Aside from that; we wait until the day we close applications before we review them and decide who we want as our staff anyway, so we don't really want to lose any applications you may right in books in-game.
