Uknown Host error only when connected to certain WIFI?!

So, I have recently moved. I try to connect to my server I have played for almost two years, and when connected to the WiFi at my new house, it says "Unknown host." When I am connected to WiFi at a friends house, it also works just fine. At my new house only the one server gives me this problem, the other servers in my list are fine... Does anyone know why this is? What can I do to fix this? Thanks so much.

1. Are you hosting the server yourself -> you have to port forward
2. you playing on a hosted server from a host company make sure your router havent got any errors in its logs theres alot of tut on both Youtube or just search google for it
but check what mr. Wheat said first ^^

Are you hosting the server on your pc? if you are, port forward your server... hope that helps
