If you are gonna try getting a good web developer do it for free, just give up. Good developers do websites for $100+ normally, and you will require hosting and a domain which is around $60 a year.
So basically around $220 would go to having the website up 2 years.
If you want to get something to work out with like sponsorships and such, then fix your grammar first.
