I'd Like a Website for My texture Pack Uploads and for uplading news or images (kinda a blog mixed with a download section)

Perhaps a site with 6-7 widgets you can register for (or not, if the data should not be saved from them) and log in to access data from? Widgets would be a calculator, a few of the tools you already made, temperature converter, timer, whatever that can be arranged on the page by the user. Something very light that can run quietly in another tab with a minimum of extra effort.

So its no mc related sites only?

Unfortunately, The minecraft market is pretty saturated with free templates and full websites for people to use. Have you ever thought about doing enjin designs? Enjin is really powerful and you can make some cool looking sites and modules. The community is huge and very supporting. I'm sure you could get a couple sites that you can add to your portfolio.
