What gamemode should I use?

I'm stuck on ideas for what gamemode to make my server.
Was thinking factions, but it's overused. Skyblock isn't played by many and gamemodes like Kit-PVP require larger playerbases which a starting server doesn't have.
I'd appreciate any feedback/ideas

You could try a survival/PVE Server? or Maybe even a modded server like Tekkit Legends

Survival games, Tnt run, and even some minigames, spleef.

They are also very over used tho. Just saying.
