Basicly the title.... I wanna make a warrior cats techure pack (yaay! so original!) and I dunno what a good program is to make it! *facepaw* soooo..... could ya be so kind as to tell me? Maybe?

You can also use MightyPork's Resource Pack Workbench with GIMP to make pack creation easier.

GIMP & Paint.net are both for windows! D: I have a linux.... anything that'l work for that?

Paint.net, for the mobs, I would recommend MCskin3D

GIMP, It can do Transparency, and it has a crap-load of tools and plug-ins, and it's free.
