PMC Trophy question

Hello, does anyone know how to make a trophy like planet minecraft ones? They look so cool. Also, for people who went to minecon 2011 and 2012, why didn't they get Trophies?

It's just pixel art so any drawing/art software would work. Your computer should have come with a default program like Paint already installed

Also no clue on the minecon things. Maybe you were supposed to find someone from PMC staff at minecon but I'm probably wrong
