Passed ex perience: I have played role in many staff postions over my time playing minecraft. I have owned a server with my mate which was good for a while but then went down hill. I am very good with playeds and have fun but when it comes to hacking im serious and sort the problem out.

Played Minecraft: Over 4 years [sense alpha]

Maturity: 7-8/10

Anything else: Just say your ip in the comments if you dont want anyone else on the server but me and your other staff and players then just ban then and unban them when the server is public or this is also a way to advertise your server

What position: I know im pushing it a little but I think I would make a great admin and mabye get promoted and if you have a prison server I would love to also be guard and help out when I need to
