No. Just no. You'd also have to get a 750W PSU, and you'd have to skimp out on-- probably everything, including the GPU. Also, an i5 could destroy any FX CPU out right now, while ALSO being cheaper. Learn up before fanboying.

Intel motherboards are cheaper then AMD motherboards for one thing, and even an Xeon is cheaper, and if not better then an OC 8350/20. Also, he doesnt currently have an AMD motherboard. An 8350 also DOES use a lot of power.

I have a very similar build, except an 8-core 4GHz processor (I only get about 2.7GHz out of it though, I don't overclock however) and AMD Raedon HD 6800 video card. I think yours will run 60FPS fine.

Note: You will need a higher budget and a cpu cooler instead of the stock one.

If you can somehow fit in a 960 or 970 then recording will take no toll on your framerate. It seems like a decent build, but I wouldn't buy a 6300 right now, it's pushing 3 years old, and has no upgrade path, plus Zen is right around the corner for AMD. I'd try a 960 and a i3/i5. What's your budget?
