World guard cant use commands in spawn

hello i have my spawn claim with world guard
members vip mod admin all that ranks cant use commands in spawn
its a bigg isue cuz you cant login to
sombody know the flag of it ??

World Guard does not block commands by default, something is wrong.
first do /rg info name and check if you don't have blocked/allowed commands enabled.
then try obvious flags like /region flag name use allow and such,,,
Also default minecraft blocks quite a few things in spawn chunks, if you want to disable this open your server.properties file and edit spawn-protection=16 to spawn-protection=0
