**Who Are We**
Wrath Of The Chickens (WOTC) was established with the release of Minecraft 1.2 Beta. Our server has been online for quite a few years now with very little downtime. A lot of our community has played together for a very long time as well. We do accept new players, but we are only interested in those who wish to play to have fun without upsetting our friendly atmosphere.
**Our Past**
We use to do world wipes and try to cater to what everyone wanted. Sine we have been on the Minecraft scene since the Beta days, we have been able to experience a lot of different types of Minecraft play. In our history, we have done such things as running plugins and side servers for games like UHC. A few map wipes were performed at various stages, usually so we could generate new biomes and take advantage of what Mojang has added.
**How WOTC Is Ran**
Today, we are still a small and friendly community which is ran by a staff of older and more mature peoples. We still are a very stable server providing 24/7 uptime unless a problem arises. After many previous attempts in the past trying to do many things, we have found our way. After many years of Minecraft and various Worlds, we are now at a stage where we do not plan to wipe our current World, nor would we want to after all the work put into it. We are a graylist survival server and we mold our World to what we want!
**Who Do We Like To Find**
While we do not require it, we do like our players to be 18+. We are looking for players who are non-server-hoppers and who prefer a reliable server but do not care about low populations. We are interested in finding those who can contribute and not interested only in complaining or comparing. We are interested in finding those with original ideas and not those who only build what they find from YouTube.
**Server Rules**
With most servers which are maintained, we do have rules which need to be followed. Since we are a server ran by older players and who cater mainly to other older players, we do not have much against what is said in chat, as long as it is reasonable. No excessive profanity, racist slurs, or sexually suggestive content. As usual, we do not allow griefing or player disputes to be settled between players. **What We Offer**
We offer a few things in addition with our Minecraft server. Our forum site is always available for our players to post on, not only about Minecraft. We also have a Mumble server which we run as our main VoIP. We are very relaxed with who connects as long as they are not causing any problems.
**Registration**
As stated already, we are a graylist server. You may join but do not expect to do much without first supplying us an application. You may apply on our website at http://www.mcwotc.net We do not accept everyone, but do try to take most people who are genuinely interested. Your application may be processed immediately or may take up to 48 hours to be approved/denied.
