Do you know a good, free video editing software?

I just got a new laptop, and the editing software on my old computer won't download onto my new one for some reason. So, I need something different.

Windows Movie Maker is the best you're getting for free, when it comes to editing software
Works well, but I started using Premiere Pro instead (not "free").
