I know one ting that there is people who do youtube and they would like a professional intro like this:

Why would you ask money for just inserting someone's name into a box.
Really? you just go into the text. Replace the text with someone's name. then click the render button and done. I think that it is a douchebag act to ask money for that.
Guys there are people that do it for free. Don't ask this guy.

I'm giving you 2 tips on this.
1). I've done YouTube for some time and people don't care about an intro at all. They care about good/funny footage, no squeekers, daily/weekly uploads on a regular base and most of all: they care about mostly non-MineCraft videos.
2) If you want a real proffesional intro, 1$ is often not enough. Those intros are rather +15-20$ if you want them to be original and good. Don't waste time/effort/money on intros. Spent your time on your video footage....
