I have this problem...
I'm writing a story/blog thing for this site and I'm really motivated to do it...I even know EXACTLY what to write but I just can't focus...I just...stare at the screen and zone out. Got any tips to stop this?

10andrew Try watching Dances with Wolves its not completely accurate but it does show native American culture (and if you can stop hating Kevin Costner for 5 seconds its a decent film)

I'm not sure I'd say that would help him if it's not accurate. XD

When you feel your mind starting to waver, just close your eyes, breathe deeply, and concentrate on the challenge at hand. It's what works for me.

The environment has to be focused for you to be focused. If you're writing say a fantasy story, listen to fantasy music. Be completely on the theme of fantasy and try to focus, if you can't get some water or find something to get you into it. It's human nature to zone out you just have to try fight it, it's what makes success so little these days

I know the feeling. I am supposed to be revising for my History exam for my GCSE. It's on Monday and I'm on PMC talking to people...
