Smurf I hope you didn't just take some code from someone else and then edit it for specific websites and say you made the custom modules. I'm not saying you did, but that website layout look similar to another site ive seen within the last week.

He is doing dungeons on my server, and trust me he doesn't know how to use citizens 2 and quests. He uses commandblocks for almost everything so he needs OP on your server to even help.

Experience: I have run 2 servers so far, one of them was a small network with kitpvp, creative, and factions. The other is one that I am in the process of building right now.
If you want to know more about my current server you can ask me in pm. I know all about plugin configuration, server setup and running, and I have my own network of devs and builders to help out with anything extra I might need.
Have you owned an MC server before?: Like stated above i've ran 2 servers in the past.
Real world experience: In the real world im a graphic designer and thats what I do every day.
Are you in school/have a job? Out of school and my job is doing graphic design for people.
References: Any of the staff on my server could be a reference. Ironguardian7, Frooj, and any of the builders that work on my server.

bump!! still need that 1 admin that has a lot of experience. This is a big project that needs to be finished and I need some experienced people for admin. We are also looking for some people to use voxelsniper and worldedit to make custom terrain for the server.

So the first thing I see when im getting on this forum to look for staff for my server is this, and im still just like "WTF". This can't be a real post since you just joined PMC today and already have 13 posts.

I normally type up a notepad file for each plugin ill be needing made, that way I don't have to sit and explain what I want. Just copy and paste the text and see if they can do it. If not then go find another person and send them the text.

lol I agree with Elmosisko being staff on that many servers and running their websites too is way too much work for one person. I have trouble with just running my own site and server, along with a graphic design business.
