I only do skin requests, and they're open unless said otherwise. Same goes with skin trades. To do a request you must give a detailed description of what you want in a skin. Stuff that must go into the request are skin tone, hair color, eye color, hair length and style, skin model, and detailed outfit description, or you can bypass this with a reference picture.
