    Was looking back on my old writing here and wondered, "Does anyone wonder where I went?" I mean, I haven't written anything here in years. 3 to be exact.
    I guess what I am saying is do you guys want to know where I've been? Also, if I did come back, what did you want to see?

    Thing is I have Pokémon Sword it’s just... I don’t wanna do the post-game story again. It’s so bad...

    If you’d like me to explain as to why I hate the post game for Pokémon Sword and Shield with such a burning passion, just let me know in the comments. I’d also love to hear what you guys think about it.

    I mean that's the way I play anyway, with an attack-heavy team that I try to use type advantages to one-shot opponents. Makes me feel powerful.

    But also I have to say I'm not in it for the Sordward/Shielbert redemption arc, I hate them to my core and there was nothing more I wanted to do than to slap them in-game. Or steal their hairstyle, I could've rocked that jiggly sword all across the island.

    I rarely use Eternatus for that reason. It got super boring beating up on random raid Pokémon with nothing much coming of it. Like, you know the Gym, so you know what Pokémon to use.


    Also, Sordward and Shielbert keep bullying Hop and the game doesn’t let you have a go at them. How dare they even insult the precious Wooloo boy...

    But I will say that since my Eternatus was super overleveled it was good fun running around and one-shotting things with Dynamax Cannon

    Yup. Pretty much boils down to me always thinking: “How are we all this stupid?” whilst having to play the most annoying game of chase from stadium to stadium.

    So I went back and looked at Pokemon X and Y...

    Man those games did not age well, both story and difficulty wise.

    I mean, I love X, but damn it's super easy. I don't even remember the fight with Champion Diantha because of how easy she is to beat. Also, she is barely present in the story anyway, so she was easy to forget that way too.

    I still love X & Y. For me, it was my first proper introduction to a Pokemon game back when I only watched the anime and ironically, Leaf Green was confusing for me.

    I agree it's wayyy too easy and the story is very lack-luster. But there's still that bit of nostalgia for me that makes me love them.

    Plus, we got Mega Evolutions.

    Ever get this annoying feeling where you have two characters you love and want to draw but you never get them right so you think about getting someone else to do it but you still feel obligated to draw them yourself first?

    My extreme apologies for that. Been rather busy with other projects and I guess updating the thread slipped my mind to often.

    Don't worry: I haven't forgotten about Gaia. Not in the slightest. It's just new ideas have been a bit hard to come by for it in comparison to other projects. Once a new wave of ideas hits, we're back in business baby. Hopefully I can get the Empire back online soon!
