Yeah I'm looking towards building a server that doesn't have staff, and is geared more towards community based economy, with little or no staff. This community would learn to govern them selfs in a means of survival. Kind of watch out for each other , and when new players come, they have to follow the community rules, or face a prisoner rank with no perms based on community vote. Well at least that's some of the ideas I've been working on, but I would love to hear more. I like the marxist idea, but without having an offical staff given to by the "owner". This is something your more or less born into, or in minecraft land given to in a rank, and is part of the game. As apposed to an owner and staff running things. The owner is more of a facilitator.
