I removed Cordelia for the time being, spent the past couple hours adjusting her design and now I'm much happier with her :) The skin will go up tomorrow!

Hey! I found a wall post asking what others have done when struggling with their art, which I replied to, so here's my reply in case you want it:

Honestly I never really dropped out of doing art, just little periods from time to time that prevented me from being creative. If you're not liking what you're creating, try looking at it from a different perspective. Stop looking at how wrong it is, but how you can improve it. Don't give up on something because it's not looking how you want it to. Erase a little bit, test things out, and soon it'll be what you want. I've learned that the clearer you can see something in your head, the better it turns out when you put it on paper/digitally. That's why references work so well, because you can see exactly what you want. If you're currently in a period where you're not art-ing at all, go back to it as soon as you can, because you might lose the knowledge and skills you had. If you're just taking a little break, that's ok. Just don't let it get too long to the point where you can't remember when you last did something art-related.

Now, if you're feeling uninspired or unmotivated, it helped me to watch art Youtubers such as Kasey Golden and especially makoccino. makoccino has a lot of really nice tips for watercolor (I didn't do watercolor at the time I first started watching her, but she really inspired me to make art I liked), and Kasey Golden has just good art vibes in general. It also helps to take a little break. Maybe a week. Sometimes you're just burned out and need a breather. It's ok, it happens to all of us.

If you're not feeling up to making something from your own head, you can try making fanart; all the characters are there, you just have to change what they're doing or the scenery. Oftentimes sketching out random things makes me want to pull out my tablet and create an illustration. However, I suggest doing sketches more than full-on illustrations, because a lot of things can go wrong in the stages of creating a full-illustration, and if you're already losing your passion for art, it's best not to endanger it further.

Well, overall, here are my tips:
    1. Look at your art differently (Look at what can improve, not what is wrong)
    2. Use references (It's ok, it's not cheating!)
    3. Find Youtubers who inspire you to make art
    4. Take small breaks (If you're struggling to make art at the moment)
    5. Sketch more than you illustrate (Sketching is easier to make something you like)

I hope this helps, sorry it's a little long! I hope you get out of your block :)

Found a bug on the skin creator, when you try to zoom in all the way the entire thing just disappears, but when you zoom back out it goes back to normal

Well, it's more of a "going through the skin" type of situation.

In a Disney mood, so the next few skins I'll make will be Disney, unless anyone has requests. Feel free to PM me or leave a comment with a request! No price, of course.

Hey I have no idea how to make a collection because whenever I try to add a skin to a collection and I go to Add to Collection it just shows an empty white rectangle. What do I do???
