Eg: Pig dungeons will still be there and work even without the mod, but a Turkey spawner wouldnt be because it is not a default mob.

also there is ALWAYS some leftover data called shadows (i think, not sure how they are called in english) im not sure how to get those shadows, but hope that helped (if you erase those shadows, there is NO WAY you can get your info back)
