Overview:
This plugin is ment to help servers manage player requests. So instead of having to shout or spam in chat by calling a mod they can use this plugin witch Provides a Gui enviroment with staff names in it so no need for complicated commands

Features:

Configurable delay time between staff requests.
Configurable item used by players to open staff asist inventory with changable names. (Color supported)
Configurable on join that gives the player the specified item when they join so they can use it to open the gui
Option to remove the item when used...
Command alias (/sa) same as /staffasist
Specific ammount of requests per mod, so no mod will get spamed with more requests than the ammount you set on the config
/satp <requester> so staff can go only to requesters...



Permissions:

Permission node:	Description:
StaffAsist.call	Permission to /staffasist or /sa that opens the Gui with online staff
StaffAsist.submod	Pemrission to list as Sub mod in Gui.
StaffAsist.mod	Pemrission to list as Mod in Gui.
StaffAsist.admin	Pemrission to list as Admin in Gui.
Staffasist.tp	Permission to /satp <requester> witch teleports the mod that was called to the caller.

Change prefix on items
Add Custom item id
Add changable item meta
Add alias command
Fix bug that makes all sub mods seem offline! D:
Add redstone block for op's 
Add op's prefix
Add chest sound when inventory is opened
Add request limit for each staff member
Add command initialisation to /satp, so it is /satp <player who requested>
Add update checking.

Bugs:
people with no permission apear as white wool D: No longer!
Sometimes duplicates occur in the Gui.. i work to fix that :S

KINGxxDMANHi, I was wondering if you could make a plugin like where the player needs help from a staff member so when they do /staffassit then it would send all the staff thats online then the plugin sends a message to the staff thats on a say (username) needs help then the staff can get to them asap! but could there be a feature where they can't spam it? thanks!
