Ру: Кладовая на ул. Советской, 123 в Далматово (Старое название: Далматовъ), принадлежит купеческому дому под номером 125.

Здание кладовой, построенное в начале XX века купцом Боголюбовым, расположено в западной части исторического центра города, в структуре квартала занимает рядовое положение, формируя фронт застройки ул. Советская.
Представляет собой одноэтажный каменный объем, прямоугольный в плане.
Уличный фасад имеет центрально-осевую композицию. Углы фасада закреплены парными полуколонками с зубчиками. Центральная ось подчеркнута фигурным аттиком.
Оконные проемы обрамлены кирпичными полуколонками с перехватами и треугольными сандриками с сухариками.
Подоконная часть стен декорирована филенками.
Завершается стена карнизом с пояском сухариков, зубчиков и гирек и аттиком сложных очертаний.
Тимпан аттика украшен ложным окном с прилегающими к нему стилизованными волютами по бокам.
К зданию с западной и восточной стороны примыкают кирпичные ограды с воротами и калитками.
Устои ворот и калиток декорированы парными полуколонками с зубчиками аналогично фасадным.
Образец небольшой торгово-складской постройки конца XIX века, выполненной путем сочетания принципов эклектики и традиционного в Далматово декора каменных построек.

The window openings are framed by brick half-columns with interceptions and triangular sandricks with crackers.
The window sill part of the walls is decorated with panels.
The wall ends with a cornice with a belt of crackers, teeth and weights and an attic of complex outlines.
The tympanum of the attic is decorated with a false window with stylized volutes on the sides adjacent to it.
Brick fences with gates and wickets are adjacent to the building on the west and east sides.
The abutments of the gates and gates are decorated with paired half-columns with teeth similar to the facade ones.
An example of a small commercial and warehouse building of the late XIX century, made by combining the principles of eclecticism and the traditional decor of stone buildings in Dalmatovo.
